ADAPTIVE DESIGNING OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES AT THE INSTITTIONS OF HIGER ENGINEERING EDUCATION
Abstract
Educational technologies form the basis fordevelopment of professional competences of higherengineering institutions’ graduates. They should be adaptivewhich allows sensitive responding to internal and externalchanges and at the same time keeping integrity andefficiency of the technology and correspondence of itsresults to customer demand and labor market. The authorhas developed conception that includes methodologicalapproaches, main ideas, laws and principles as well asalgorithm of adaptive designing of educational technologiesin the institutions of higher engineering education. Adaptivedesigning provides stability of educational technology due topremeditated change response: with the help of changes inthe functioning algorithm, realization strategies or searchfor optimal states and processes. The designing algorithmincludes working out multiple alternative solutions thatallows making optimal choice in specific situations and gainpredesigned results.Index Terms ⎯ adaptation, designing of educationaltechnologies, professional competence of future engineers,supplementary professional education.
