Knowledge management is now one of the mostdeveloped approaches in the science of organization andmanagement that have l many interesting studies.Reflections on the management of knowledge in theeducational project are the subject of this article. For thepurpose of the article it is assumed that knowledge isunderstood in two ways, and includes both the so-calledtacit knowledge, the hidde, which means the experience,skills and relationships, often expressed through a wide -know-how- and knowledge articulated openly, often highlycodified, described in the literature as part of theinformation or -know what. This definition is particularlyimportant because of the importance of knowledge in theminds of employees, which acquisition and proper using inthe project realization is a major challenge.Index Terms ⎯ knowledge, knowledge management, project,project in the education strategy.
