Should make the Education Act a wider process than simply reproduce information, so that education focused on banking education need to understand that the human being can only assume and resume his human condition whose characteristics are met which is be free, its historical nature and change processes. Thus, the psychological counseling is one situation where it provides the necessary conditions for the occurrence of the personal and social development of those involved; the helping relationship that also offers the possibility of human encounter.
