Abstract


The overgrowth of violence has reached an alarming rate schools, especially those located in communities made vulnerable. This situation has contributed to the increase in youth victimization and concerned educators and parents seeking to find a solution to this serious problem. This paper aims to discuss the development of Restorative teaching practices supported by dynamic technological processes aimed at peaceful resolution of interpersonal conflicts experienced by students of basic education in public schools made vulnerable communities can collaborate to cut the spiral of violence in its logo beginning when people have differing ideas. To do so is based especially in Santos (2002), Brandão (2002) and Cappi (2009). Finally, it suggests the establishment of school conflict mediation centers amalgamated to student unions as drivers of strengthening the culture of peace in schools, using the potential of ICT as'S structuring this process.
