Plataformas de discussão perdidos no espaço e post-it city: espaço público e práticas artísticas nas cidades contemporâneas
Abstract
This article focuses on two platforms of debate regarding the contemporary public space. One had its origin in Brasil and the other in Spain. The platforms are called respectively Perdidos no Espaço and Post-it-City: ciudades ocasionales. One of the axes of these platforms are the artistic practices which propose to produce a critical observation about urban contemporary issues, often highlighting or interfering in the situations dealt with. We performed a comparative analysis of concepts and methodological approaches of these two non-hierarchical spaces, of different geographical origins, but with points in common in relation to the problematic that they investigate. We verified which activities are joint bases, concepts and propositions are used by these platforms to investigate the way how individuals and groups from different areas think and build the public space in times of globalization and seek to foster creative practices in urban panoramas which become increasingly homogeneous.
