ANÁLISE DO PBL – APRENDIZADO BASEADO EM PROBLEMAS – SOB O FOCO DA TEORIA DO PENSAMENTO COMPLEXO NA EDUCAÇÃO
Abstract
The mnemonic PBL (Problem Based Learning)comes to be present in several conferences in ComputerSciences and Engineering domain of knowledge. The presentpaper exposes a theoretical foundation supporting PBL ineducation. They are described two practical examplesimplemented by the author. The first example belongs toAssembly Programming discipline in Computer Sciencesundergraduate course. The second example wasimplemented in the Computer Programming discipline inComputer Science and Engineering courses. It is presented aterminology to support PBL implementations referring toComplex Thought Theory from UNESCO cathedra. Thecorrect understanding of PBL proposal can up-grade thistechnique to the level of complex educational methodologyapproach. Its potentiality will increase same time it canbelong to a more wide educational proposal integratingitself with other pedagogic modules present in educationalprocess.Index Terms ⎯ PBL technique, Complex Thought Theory,Computer Science Education, Engineering Education.
