Abstract

The Higher Education Institution in Brazil havea great problem, to evaluate and presenting the existing datain general systems results. The lack of automatated systems,prepares for decision support knowledge based systems.There are many storage data disponible without the rightvisualization and access for decision support. This studyprovide a better understanding of a informationmanagement, using a computing intelligence (CI). This workis based in a research in the existing data base and thepubliched resarchs results. Using CI systems to developmentand data analysis to contribute decision making process. Toquick view of the results, is used a visual tool namedDashboard that uses a spreadsheet and presenting theresults.Index Terms ⎯ Dashboard, Academic Management,Computing Intelligence.
