POSIÇÃO EM PÉ NO TRABALHO DE AUXILIARES EDUCACIONAIS E AGENTES DE SEGURANÇA DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE

Abstract


This work is based on the concepts ofergonomics and worker health. The study aims to estimatethe incidence of discomfort /pain in lower limbs, upper limbsand spine of educational aids and security officers thatworks in a private university, since these professionals mustremain in a standing position for long periods. For suchpurpose, an anonymous survey was made with theseprofessionals and the necessary ethical procedures weremet. The research had the participation of seventy-sixpercent of employees. Once collected, the data wereconsolidated, a descriptive analysis was performed and itwas done some nonparametric statistical tests. Among somerelevant results, it should be highlighted that almost 70% ofworkers reported discomfort or pain in their upper limbs,spine or lower limbs.Index Terms ⎯  ergonomics, occupational health, positionstand, statistical analysis.
