The activities in confined spaces in thebuilding sector of Construction represent a small portion ofactivities performed within the sector; however, they requireredoubled attention because of the risks to which they areassociated. The objective consisted in evaluating thewaterproofing service in water reservoirs, as well asproposing risk control measures and productionimprovement. For that, it was carried out the monitoring ofwaterproofing services of water reservoirs in buildingconstructions, through systematic observations and theapplication of a checklist based on the legislation. It wasfound that the company in study presented a good resultregarding the fulfillment of the legal requirements. However, failures were perceived, such as the training workload andthe filling of the Permit to Enter and Work.
