IMPLANTAÇÃO EM AMBIENTE ACADÊMICO DO SISTEMA DE GESTÃO DE SEGURANÇA E SAÚDE OCUPACIONAL

Abstract

The high quality standards introduced by the market guide the continuous improvement and process innovation in all institutional frameworks. In this context, the Ilha Solteira Campus, since 2010, started to implement a Safety Management and Occupational Health System aiming to articulate the Education Quality with the Management of Organizational Quality. The main objective is to acquire management excellence in the educational processes in safety axes, environmental sustainability, life quality, products and services. So, it is necessary to elaborate diagnosis based on regulatory standards, ISO 9000 and European model of education quality, as well as sectorial and strategic planning focused at continuous improvement process carried out by external validation bodies. As result it is expected to aggregate technologies, pedagogical practices, professional development and environmental sustainability in quality achieving on the educational services offered at the campus in the undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guided in quality standards indicators recognized by international agencies.
