A TOMADA DE DECISÃO SUSTENTÃVEL POR MEIO DA METODOLOGIA MCDA

Henrique Otte, Alexandre Leopoldo Gonçalvez

Abstract

This work seeks an adaptation of MCDA (Multi-criteria Decision Analysis), used to map and support the cognitive process of decision making, so as to include mandatory concern with the social, environmental and economic forming the triple bottom line as suggested in the Brundtland report. The aim is to obtain an abstraction or a variation of the methodology that clarifies elements in all its stages and sustainable actions as its key parts. The traditional MCDA makes the decision maker free to explore their latent concerns, which may include sustainable concerns, but often is not what is happening. Expected to reach a variation of the MCDA to bring awareness of the result of actions on a vision of sustainability and show that attention to social and environmental actions, as well as economic, bring alternatives to obtain direct or indirect economic gains more and better strategic management.
