ESTUDO DO TELHADO VERDE NAS CONSTRUÇÕES SUSTENTÁVEIS

Abstract

Currently there has been a growing need to deploy new sustainable technologies, and among them has stood out the systems identified as Green Roof. The construction is focused on creating sustainable new construction techniques, contemplating the use of alternative materials, thus minimizing adverse environmental impacts from traditional construction techniques. The aim of this paper is to present and evaluate advantages, disadvantages, cost and implementation of green roofs on buildings. The research design for the development of this work is based on descriptive and correlational study of such structures. It is presented as a result the expectation of reducing the non-use of this technique, either by lack of knowledge, incentives and low profitability in the short term.
