Abstract

Today a sustainable building is establish when it rises from a sustainable approach, requiring a drastic change of behavior with this focus in relation toconstruction practices. This change must occur from theknowledge of what will be sustainability. Formally means that structure the analysis steps to minimize impacts and /or for a sustainable enterprise can obtain certifications, issomething logical/sequential, integrated, but shouldprovide an understanding, and through an array of careor even STEPS/MINIMIZING IMPACTS. Under this scope, this article aims to show the stages of developmentand actions that allow minimization of the likely impact through a proposed roadmap of strategies to be adopted, once the decision for each work begins with a joint assessment between all involved regarding all phases of the work.
