Abstract

Food sold on the streets it is a kind of a
risk to consumers, considering the preparation procedures,
food quality and ways of preserving and handling them.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the bacteriological
quality of snacks like hot dogs and identify situations that
offered risks related to consumption of foods prepared and
sold on the streets of the city of Sorocaba, SP.
