PROPOSTA DE METODOLOGIA PARA LEVANTAMENTO DE RISCOS ERGONÔMICOS EM PRENSAS MECÂNICAS EXCÊNTRICAS

Abstract

It is important to relate the efforts forimprovement of the human conditions at work with theaspects of social responsibility of the company. This workpresents a methodology for the rising of ergonomic risks inan industrial workstation with the operator in the seatingposition, operating press eccentric mechanics. Themethodology, in the form of a questionnaire was applied incompanies that are part of the Local ArrangementProductive Metal-mechanic Panambi-Condor RS. Theevaluation of the workstation contemplates the ergonomicrisks considering the physical efforts, weightlifting,inadequate posture and excessive rhythms. Under the aspectof the worker's health, the mental physical demands,problems of health and injunctions were approached.The reported results are part of actions foreseen in theextension project “Social Responsibility and CitizenshipBusiness Facing the Work Safety” of Unijuí.Index Terms - business Citizenship, social responsibility,ergonomic risks, safety at work.
