EMPREENDEDORISMO E INOVAÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA NO AGRONEGÓCIO: UM ESTUDO SOBRE A PRODUÇÃO LEITEIRA DO BRASIL

Abstract

Milk production in Brazil has, historically,suffered from technical restrictions such as the necessity ofdeveloping researches that aim at economic, social andenvironmental sustainability of the production, theadaptation of adequate technologies to regionalizedproduction systems and the generation of efficient and lowcostingtechnologies. The objective of this paper is, througha bibliographic research, showing the benefits ofinnovations which are simple, cheap, environmentallyacceptable and which small producers can use, presentingthe important entrepreneur action of Embrapa, this sector ofthe Brazilian economy’s history and prospects.Index Terms ⎯ Entrepreneurship, TechnologicalInnovation, Agribusiness.
