Abstract

This paper shows the history and theaccomplishments of 2 organizations idea about a scientific congresswith quality and impact. Since its very first edition it has been asuccess not always in terms of numbers but in terms of quality.Many organizations have engaged the idea along the years anddespite the difficulties it resists the time and that is why this is its 9 thedition.
