LAS SIMULACIONES DE CIRCUITOS EN ELECTRONICA DE POTENCIA Y CONCEPTOS DESARROLLADOS EN UN RECIENTE CURSO

Abstract


This work refers to experiences obtained in a new course of power electronics. The course is focused for undergraduate students but it is suitable to graduates of electronic and electrical engineering. The topic that covers this course refers to power electronic circuit simulation therefore includes the issues about numerical methods to resolve differential equations. Power electronics is an important area of study in engineering. Besides, with the growing development of the hardware and software computers, the simulations have become an important tool to engineers. Therefore it will pretend introduce the simulation how an additional tool to design, study or modelling in power electronic. Respect to the course will be introduce the objectives, the structure of it and will be show the simulations used. Then will present the results, the conclusions that obtained and it will analyzes the convenience to include postgraduate students in this course.
