Abstract

The study of fuel cells used in public transport in other major cities in the world has resulted in that they can be designed and built for public transport in Mexico City. Knowledge of imported technologies is crucial to use more efficient or to innovate. Reverse engineering is a methodology used to find objects or systems and must be taught in a practical way in the universities. In this paper we present a reverse engineering method, which is used for the analysis of parts and components. This method is used to represent a procedure to find the design of a hydrogen fuel cell. The aim is to provide a method of analysis for engineering students can learn in a systematic way, technologies that can be improved, taking into consideration the respect for intellectual property protection and industrial products.
