ANÁLISE DA PARTICIPAÇÃO DO PROJETO DE INCLUSÃO DIGITAL – “CIDADÃO EM REDE” NA REDE DE EXTENSÃO PARA A INCLUSÃO DIGITAL (REID) DO GOVERNO BRASILEIRO

Abstract


The Extension Program Network for Digital Inclusion (REID) is a proposal that is part of the Brazilian government's national policy oriented to face the social inequality through digital inclusion. The Citizen Network project makes part of this network that is linked with the participation of the federal government, civil society and Brazilian Universities. The “Citizen Network” project is developed by the PUC Minas - Barreiro unit. This paper proposes an analysis of participation in this project in the network by observing and measuring the effectiveness of proposed actions in order to promote digital inclusion and social participation with the University of combining teaching, research and extension. With these results, it is possible to implement changes in the project from the needs diagnosed, since the government can evaluate the effectiveness of REID in society. The tool used was Excel, Microsoft Office with the use of statistical tools.
