APPLICATION OF THE SOFTWARE FLUID - SIM TO SIMULATE THE SYNCHRONIZATION OF PRODUCTIVE SISTEMS SERIALS: THE CASE OF THE TEST OF THE AUTOMATIC CYCLE

Abstract


At the present time, the education ofEngineering must be complemented with the software use.For the case of the education of the automatization and thesynchronization of productive systems, the package FluidSim is a valuable tool. This article presents thecomputational simulation of the local and globalsynchronization of serials productive systems. The softwareused for the simulation is Fluid Sim of FESTO. The localsynchronization is made using the method of the vortex anda method of distribution of sensors, whereas the globalsynchronization is done using the method of CBOR (CodeBinary Operational Referential). The elements of themanufacture system are bands, robots and actuators whichwere simulated in software with pure actuators. The controloperational of the system is generated and it proves theautomatic cycle, as well as the synchronization of theproductive system using equipment of electro pneumatic.Index Terms ⎯ Education in Engineering, Fluid Sim,Synchronization of productive systems.
