A MOBILIZAÇÃO DE SABERES NA FORMAÇÃO DOS TRABALHADORES DA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL

Abstract

Taylors organization of job conditioned the skill ofworkers to the knowledge defendants by jobs, rigorously defined anddelimited by a process production hard. To training programmersand professional skill was interpret these demands and translatethem into content, divided and strictly prescribed work related. Theexhaustion of the model tayloriste and put in question the skill andtraining of workers. Their knowledge already was not sufficientunless accompanied by a brains capacity, important to anticipate theproblems and ensure the flow of production. How to build thesecapacities?
