Abstract

A methodology is an organized, documented setof procedures and guidelines for one or more phases of aproject. Project management is a carefully planned andorganized effort to accomplish a specific one-time objective.In this way, educational projects demand the development ofa methodology for proper management. After defining themethodology to be followed, computational solutions areneeded to provide the infrastructure to be used to turn inputsinto outputs in the many processes.
