Abstract


The present paper presents results from aresearch in the civil engineering management level. Thistheme is adequate for a pedagogic implementation lookingto integrative curricular view. Usually such kind of researchbelongs exclusively to research scope and now it is openpossibility of migration of a broad theme to teaching also infresh-man curriculum level. This is possible using thethematic oriented methodology - MOT. It is described thebasic steps from the MOT methodology under “complexthought” approach. This approach favors synthesis ofknowledge combined with its specification and analysissince the first level of university careers. This methodincrements good results saving energy combining genericwith specific issues under the same theme. Integrativeknowledge approach supports new Professional profilesunder globalization demands in education.Index-Terms ⎯ traditional curriculum, integrativecurriculum, knowledge management, civil engineermanager.
