Abstract

The Information and CommunicationTechnology (ICT) provide new strategies for disseminatinginformation and new communication models in order tochange attitudes and human behaviour concerning toEducation. Nowadays the Internet is crucial as a means ofcommunication and information sharing. To education ortutorship will be required to use ICT, supported on theInternet, to establish the communication of teacher-studentand student-student, disseminating the content of thesubjects, and as a way of teaching and learning.
