PROPUESTA CURRICULAR CENTRADA EN EL DESARROLLO DE COMPETENCIAS INVESTIGATIVAS DEL PREGRADO EN INGENIERIA INDUSTRIAL HACIA LA FORMACION AVANZADA

Abstract


This proposal will show an integratedcurriculum scheme based on the development of researchcompetencies generated at the classroom level and directedby the research groups. In order to meet that goal, all factorsand components of the integrative training proposal for thedevelopment of research competencies were carefullystudied and identified through a qualitative, conceptual andcontextual description of the same. Thus, throughdiscussion, the developed proposal has the ability to showthe components that constitute a scheme for the developmentof research competencies linking undergraduate withgraduate training, directed by the research tasks of researchgroups and hubs, and therefore contributing not only to thediscussion regarding the suitability and validity of thelearner focused curriculum but also to the development offormative research as a core item for a context proposal inschools and universities with research majors.Index Terms ⎯ Competencies Investigation, Curriculum,Industrial Engineering.
