Abstract

The maintenance sector drive the company'sinternal Domingos Costa Food Industry S/A, knowncommercially as Vilma Alimentos, faces the challenge ofidentifying problems that lead to the unavailability ofequipment and attempts to propose improvements to the useof computational tools to achieve this goal and,consequently, improve the performance of the internal drive.This article deals with the analysis using data miningsoftware with the objective of discovering patterns indatabases that contain information about corrective andpreventive maintenance of equipment.
