Abstract

Education nowadays is a priority. Manycountries are developing changes on educational systemswith the purpose to become them more efficient andequitable in the preparation of a new citizenship. In Brazil,the superior education of technological graduation isimportant to social inclusion. With the economy globalizedand the high competitiveness imposed for social changes,one strengthens in way the necessity of if equating thequestion of the human being qualification as for theprofessional qualification face to the new requirements.
