Abstract

The need for professionals in the productionsystem, with expertise in industrial processes, capable ofunderstanding the interactions between control systems andthe process is growing. The system of supervision ormonitoring software is key to process automation, allowingoperators to view a real-time operation of the plant and canbe operated remotely that favors agility and safety. Based onthis scenario was developed a monitoring software tomonitor and act on the operation of an induction motor withvariable load on the shaft. With it has developed a softwarethat can monitor and act on different processes that use theserial port and the same communication protocols adoptedby the program.
