Abstract

While considering real life situations, the casemethod is probably the most relevant way to learnmanagerial skills. The case method may be seen as a form oftraining the staff on how to identify problems using theappropriate questions and considering lessons learnt inprevious situations, a vital skill for top managers nowadays.Traditionally, case writers use text to present importantinformation in an abstract way to the reader. In the 21 stcentury, technology developments are turning possibledifferent approaches that are less abstract, like videos,audios, animations, and others.
