O ENSINO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE PROCESSOS DE NEGÓCIO APOIADO POR SISTEMAS BPMS

Abstract

The teaching of Modeling and Business ProcessAutomation (MBPA) should give the student of theengineering and computer science, an overview of therepresentation, improve and automate processes, and areused for these Business Process Management SystemsBPMS) which allow real-time to orchestrate the processflow from a controlled and monitored. The aim of this paperis to discuss some experiments to support the teaching ofMBPA at the University of Santa Catarina´s South –(Unisul) from the use of BPMS systems. The maincontribution of this work is defined in the appropriate use ofconcepts that relate to business management andinformation technology, this practice has produced goodresults in teaching to consider the motivation andparticipation of them.Key Words ⎯ Strategies for Teaching and Learning,Modeling and Business Process Automation, BPMS Systems
