Abstract


Regardless its power rate, the tractors are themost used source in operations of tillage. Thus, due to theexpansion of cultivated areas and the need of strikingapplication of technologies to meet the advance ofagribusiness, it has been shown that these machines areconcentrated during the work periods, the physical andmechanical actions to perform the activity. So, it's possibleto realize that the time of physical exposures and theoperational decision-making are related with the job stationcomfort. In regard to what was mentioned, this paper's mainobjective is to design an ergonomically viable seat to furnishthe operational requirements of the tractor driver, using thenew CAD / CAE technologies in order to provide optimalcomfort to the relationship between human being andmachines.Index Terms ⎯  tractors, techonologies CAD/CAE, design
