Abstract

The concentration of all software used in acorporate environment or in environments with largenetworks of computers on a single computer easiermaintenance and homogenized versions of software used.The server mirror concentrates all the programs on a server,which can be accessed by any machine on the network. As acase study used a computer lab at a university where he setup the server and workstations with the Linux operatingsystem Debian distribution. The server was always keptupdated with the software used in the lab stations andsearched the packages available on the server created.
