PROPUESTA DE FORMACIÓN DE RRHH EN INVESTIGACIÓN BASADA EN UN MODELO COLABORATIVO. HACIA UN CAMBIO DE PARADIGMA

Abstract

A researcher is a person who manages theresearch method an teaches to his disciples how to researchin his expertise field. The way on how researcher traineetheir students is not well understood nor modeled. It seemsthat the used way is by students’ observation on how seniorresearcher applies his research methods on the researchfield. This paper proposes a new paradigm centered on aresearch plan produced by senior researcher, researchinterests of senior researcher students on subjects involvedin that plan an a different way of managing the researchgroup dynamic centered in a collaborative model.
