EASYPAS-DERM: INTERFAZ DE USUARIO PARA PROCESADO DE SEÑAL EN LA INGENIERÃA BIOMÉDICA

Abstract

This work in progress presents the plug-ineasyPAS-DERM. It is developed to be used by ComputerScience and Telecommunications engineering students whenthey implement general or specific signal processingalgorithms in biomedical engineering, especially indermatological area. This plug-in is included in the userinterface named EasyPAS, which has basics and algorithmsto study signal processing in engineering (modulation,filters, audio effects...). Moreover, a skin marks database iscontained and it permits the objective modelization to detectskin cancer cases. So, the students can develop algorithms tohelp the specialist in his diary tasks (diagnosis, patients’evolution, reports…).
