CONFIGEST – PLATAFORMA INFORMÁTICA PARA A GESTÃO DE OURIVESARIAS

Abstract

Nowadays with the technology evolution and thebit cost decreasing, store data in paper is useless, except incases that it is mandatory. In the majority of commercialstores, especially those of greater dimension, in which thevolume of data dealt with each day is high, the efficient andeffective management, search and organization of those datais a complex task. This article describes an informaticsplatform that allows the information management regardingthe products of one, or more, Jewellery stores. This platformwas designed to optimize and control all the managementprocesses of a Jewellery store, as well as perform thecontrol of article’s stock, repairs, sells, debits/credits, etc.Throughout the article the modules that compose theConfigest platform are described, these are already beingused in the Jewellery store for which were designed. Thisplatform was developed in the scope of the Final Projectsubject on a Computer Engineering Course.
