ENSINO DE AUTOMAÇÃO PARA CALOUROS DE GRADUAÇÃO UTILIZANDO ROBÔS MÓVEIS

Abstract

One of the activities that has attracted theattention of engineering students is the study of robotic.Since 2004, PET - Programa de Educação Tutorial -, agroup which acts at UNESP - Ilha Solteira in ElectricalEngineering Course, has created groups with freshmen towork in workshops, making many prototypes of robots usingLEGO blocks with Program Logic Controlers - PLC - torealize many functions that simulates a industrialenvironment. Each year new groups are formed by aselective process to compose this group. A lot of developedprojects will be shown in this article, besides technicalknowledge explored during the development of each project.Numbers that show a better yield in automation classestaken by the students are going to be detailed.
