A APLICAÇÃO DA GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO NO TRABALHO DE INTEGRAÇÃO MULTIDISCIPLINAR: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NO CURSO SUPERIOR DE TECNOLOGIA EM REDES DE COMPUTADORES

Abstract

This paper reports the study of caseon the multidisciplinary work of institutionalpha. This institution has a computerslaboratories of the last generation, allowingmore than 50% of the classes are practical, themost of the professors have master or phd andwork in the area of the course. Partnership withleading companies in IT are held by institution.But in this scenario there was a gap about how tohave the students could acquire the practicalknowledge that are experienced inside companies.The solution was to apply knowledge managementin enterprises of the region throughmultidisciplinary work, which consisted of aconsultant team to analyse and provideimprovements for environment. We couldconclude that the groups worked so interactiveand focused on cooperation and collaborationwas gaining space in businesses and the flow ofknowledge was acquired through processing andtransfer of tacit knowledge and explicitgenerating new knowledge.
