Abstract

This research was through systematicobservation of the educational process that aims to identifygeneral, to observe and analyze the processes of planningand business development. The School Youth Vilela shows usthrough entrepreneurial activities to provide an educationalsystem that pressing for autonomy and democracy,establishing a climate and an efficient communicationbetween internal and external community, to ensure apleasant and quality education. The management teamenhance their intellectual capital and cultural capitalinvolves itself more with the relationships between andintrapersonal, stimulating the formation of capital that arethe source generating the knowledge and motivation, it wasfound that in assessing the institutional political project isfundamental pedagogical to guide the actions of theinstitution. The collective decisions are taken in and heldaiming improvements in the quality of education in theschool environment and heritage of School.
