AGILIDADE EM UM AMBIENTE PRAGMÁTICO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE: PESSOAS E RESPONSABILIDADES

Abstract

This article is a part report of an ongoing study
to adopt agile practices in a system development
organization: a methodical and rule driven software factory.
The main objective is to identify potential adoption of agile
models with as little interference as possible to the
commercial and political interests of the sponsors. This
partial report describes themes about team work and
responsibilities of this proposal.
