A VIRTUAL LABORATORY FOR TEACHING OF TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRIC ENERGY
Abstract
In this paper a computational program was
developed in language VISUAL FORTRAN. The software
is based on the classic theory of electric energy transmission.
This program associated to AUTOCAD program allows the
simulation of practices, with low cost, for disciplines
associated to the transmission and electric energy
distribution. The developed program allows the calculation
of the impedances matrix and admittances matrix. It also
calculates the electric parameters of sequences positive,
negative and zero of three-phase transmission line with
simple or double circuit, with or without cables ground wire,
and also three-phase lines with two parallel simple circuits,
with or without cables ground wire. Seven virtual practices
were elaborated on transmission and distribution of electric
energy using the results obtained through the developed
program.
