APRENDIZADO SITUADO NA WEB: A CONSTRUÇÃO DE NARRATIVAS NO SITE CYBERCHASE

Abstract


The learning process based on SituatedCognition is the result of contextualized activities, whereknowledge is effectively developed when individuals create,interpret and discuss what they are doing. It is a social andconstant process, where people learn while they interact in acommunity of practice. The way to build communities foundby society has always been through the media of narrative.In a hypermedia environment, user participation iseffectively active, so that they interfere in the outcome of thestory. Thus, the user has the possibility to experienceaesthetic categories that provide more interaction. In thiscontext, the aim was to ascertain which of these narrativeelements make up the structure of the Cyberchase website,whose narrative content is geared to the learning ofmathematics by children. We conducted a case study whichallows a broad and detailed knowledge of the objects.Index Terms ⎯ Storytelling, Situated Cognition Theory,Learning, Hypermedia.
