PROCESSO DE FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES TUTORES NA ÁREA DE TECNOLOGIA PARA DISCIPLINAS ONLINE DE CURSOS DE GRADUAÇÃO PRESENCIAIS

Abstract


The theme of the work is the education of tutorteachers in the Technology area. Considering that the tutorsteach the same disciplines of the regular courses, besidesbeing professionals of the Technology area, the educationwas organized from a pedagogical perspective, prioritizingthe knowledge obtained in the regular teaching. Initially, thecategories of online mediation practices were defined.Based on a systematic study of specific literature, thefollowing issues were prioritized: theoretical, technical,pedagogical, technological competences and on-lineeducation. These competences were according to theprofessionals. The workshops´ pedagogical work wasoriented by renewed educational theories, centered on thesocial-constructive approach, prioritizing the experiencesharing and the collective building of new knowledge. As aresult of the regular educational process a PracticeCommunity was established in the virtual environment usedby the tutors, to share the good practices and add value tothe professional´s tacit knowledge.Index Terms ⎯ ambiente virtual de aprendizagem,disciplina on-line, material didático, tutoria.
