Abstract


The development of new informationtechnologies and communication (ICT) is one of the keyfactors to understand and explain the changing economic,social, and cultural policies of the last two decades.Certain ideas on reforming the educational system attachto the incorporation of new information technologies adecisive effect on improving the quality of the processesof teaching and learning. Thus, the incorporation of ICTsin the field of education has consequences both forteaching and for learning processes. The idea of anothercommunity summarizes the challenges. The autonomy ofthe professor of the Graduate or Post graduate, as driverof the process, sum up the authority he has in theclassroom, where he also has to be respected theautonomy of the student.Index Terms – new information technologies andcommunication, reforming the educational system,processes of teaching and learning.
