Abstract


Technology courses focus mainly on trainingprofessionals to meet the immediate needs of the productivesystem. Science and scientific method are taken as securefoundations in the generation of technological knowledge.Applications and quick notorious results are sought.Technological innovation is valued and it requirescreativity. However, new paradigms are disregard. There isa lack of questioning of previous solutions. Theconsideration of influences of many aspects that should takepart in the search for true efficiency of technologicalsolutions is neglected.
