DEVELOPMENT OF LOW COST SENSOR USING MICROPROCESSOR FOR COLOR ANALYSIS IN PRODUCTION PROCESSES
Abstract
This research intends to report the developmentof portable, microprocessor equipment that allows it to takemeasurements of surface color and determine hiscomposition that it shows the RGB (Red, Green and Blue)color as a friendly interface for the end user. It is intended toshow, through a digital instrument, the composition of atarget color based on the reading of the reflected wavelengthvalues to the sensor to be built. With this study, we observethe use of digital systems with electronic sensors to replaceconventional and humans systems, identifying colors in realtime, assisting in its correct identification by providingreliable information for decision-making process withinstructures and systems that require the correct colorsidentification in production processes, more agile andprecise.Index Terms ⎯ Colorimeter, Interface, MicroprocessorSystems, Measurement, Sensor.
