BOLOGNA CONVENTION AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES OF SPECIALIST’S TRAINING
Abstract
The joining of Russia to Bologna process posednew tasks for Russian engineering education and providedadditional capacities of training experts. The model of toweducationcan handicap job placement and graduates`adaptation at modern enterprise. The Russian system ofadditional professional education allows creating the systemof long-life education on the basis of its infrastructure. Itconsiders modern requirements and corresponds to theEuropean demands of professional education` reform.Additional students` education and advanced training ofyoung specialists becomes effective instrument brining maincharge on the students` adaptation for realizing newfunctional responsibilities. The integration of Higher andadditional education is helped by translational terms(credits) proposed by Bologna convention: they can bereclaimed not only by the context of Higher education, butwith other kinds including “long-life education” undercondition that they will be accept by recipient universities.This integrative model poses new requirements for educatorsand lectures.Index Terms ⎯ advanced training of young specialistsBologna process, long-life education, system of additionalprofessional education.
