READINESS` DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE SPECIALIST TO INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract


To provide the readiness` of graduate of Highertechnological institute for innovative activity the innovativeprocesses are necessary for changing educational process.The innovative component of the expert’s professionalactivity determines the unity of stable relations ofsubjunctive, psychological and physiological components.This component basing on the complexity and unityprinciples determines unity of stable relations of subjunctive,psychological and physiological components. Synergeticeffect of professional activity mediates his competence’sdegree of innovative potential. It appears on the level ofreflection of result’s activity. Readiness for innovativeactivity is a reflection of the level of the innovativecomponents of specialist’s readiness who determines thesystem of professional competencies. The basis ofreadiness’s formation of listener to his professional activityis determined by mechanism of innovative component’sformation of activity. Its structure reflects motivated basis ofeducational-cognitive activity and person’s ambitious forimproving the activity’s quality.Index Terms ⎯ Higher Technological School, professionalcompetencies, specialist’s readiness.
