INNOVATIVE TRAINING OF LIGHT INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS AT THE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSTY

Abstract


Contemporary light industry enterprisesfunction in the hard competitive conditions and thereforeneed rapid replacement of goods range, high quality ofcomplete product and fast market entry. To provide itsefficiency not only modern technologies are necessary butalso specialists ready to all kinds of professional activity,able to resolve problems in unconventional situations. Theyshould have supplementary professional qualities and skills.It becomes necessary to integrate higher professionaleducation and supplementary professional educationalprograms. System approach, continuousness,individualization and differentiation of education, dynamics,variability, succession and interconnection the majorspecialty are the principles that form the didactic basis ofeducational process. Module approach is widely used andresults’ monitoring is carried out.
