Abstract


Taking into account the difficulties met on theten year’ way of realization the Bologna declaration thathave been analyzed in “the Leuvene communiqué”, April2009 the authors attract their attention to some importantaspects of the future reforms in the higher engineeringeducation. They are as follows:1. Adherence to principles of the social responsibility.2. Transition to the "student centered" education (that isfrom teaching to learning).3. The principle "LLL" – Life Long Learning.The specific conditions of Russia in providing the Bolognareforms are described.Index Terms ⎯ Bologna declaration, social responsibility.
